A Lecture on Reflection...

I found the lecture on reflection to be of particular relevenace and helpfulness. The lecture, which ran for three hours, basically explained on how to effectively reflect on the work whilst in progress and once finished. The idea behind the reflection, as put forward in the lecture, is to be able to analyse the work you are doing to be able to make improvements where needed.
